Batty skeleton with special bending frame + shear wall with high ductility. Exterior and interior walls made of lightweight cement block, building facade made of stone and aluminum sheet, double-glazed thermal break windows, false ceiling made of prefabricated gypsum ceiling and tile (Knauf), heating and cooling system in the form of air conditioning including air conditioning chiller and fan coil
